Select your medication(s) using the search tool at the top of each page of this site. Once you have found your medication, select the strength and quantity that corresponds to your prescription. Proceed to checkout and enter your billing details.

There are a few ways to send us your prescription. You may log in to your account and upload your prescription, email it to info@mapleleafmeds.com or fax us toll free at 1-888-214-6343.
